Deanna Bills
Deanna is a mission driven non-profit executive with more than two decades advancing health, education and community initiatives. She has focused her career on improving maternal and child health. As Executive Director she brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, program development, partnerships, fundraising and organizational growth with a passion for creating equitable access to resources and opportunities for individuals and families.
Deanna is a wife ,and mother to two girls. As a dedicated advocate for women’s rights and leadership, she extends her commitment to equity and empowerment beyond her professional role.
Executive Director
Cristina Rodriguez
Cristina has been with the AECDC since September of 2020. She has a BA in Public Health from Rutgers University. As Program Director she works directly with the community to provide needed services and education to reduce diaper insecurity. As a dedicated member of the team Cristina has worked to distribute over 2,791,000 diapers to at-risk infants and toddlers. She works to provide needed diapers, wipes, clothes and formula to families in need in the Middlesex County community.

Development CoordinatorJessica Mena-Metz
Jessica has been with the AECDC since January 2024 and joined our organization with a decade of non-profit management and fundraising experience. She previously worked for The Salvation Army, the New York Public Library, and Morven Museum & Garden, among other non-profits. Jessica holds a BA in English Literature from The College of New Jersey and a dual Master's of the Arts degree in Musuem Studies and Non-Profit Management from George Washington University. After a short stint as Intermine Executive Director of the AECDC, Jessica has refocused on elevating the organization's fundraising and marketing efforts. Jessica lives locally in Middlesex County with her husband, three-year-old son, infant daughter, dog, and four cats!
